The Celtics have the biggest game all season Monday night at 8:30 pm. They currently trail 2-1 to the high powered offense of the Miami Heat. The reasons for the Celtics being down 2-1 instead of being up 2-1 are endless.....
1. Rondo getting drilled in the head (no call) followed by a Miami Heat layup. This 4 point swing put game 2 away for the Heat.
2. The Celtics inability to close out games.
3. Paul Pierce fouling out late in game 2.
4. LeBron
I really could keep going....
The Celtics in my opinion are the better team. The only problem is they are also the older team. If the Celtics win game 4 then I think they will win the series. If they lose theres no way they come back from down 3-1 so yeah this game is important.
Keys:
1. Rondo has to continue to be spectacular
2. The big three play solid.
3. Brandon Bass and the bench (Dooling, Stiemsma, Daniels) need to continue to give a defensive spark.
